I had an amazing stay with great views of the plaza, just a few steps from local eateries like shalimar and only a short walk to stunning sites like lake tjornin and harpa concert hall, making it easy to explore the city on foot. the breakfast was also fantastic and truly set me up for daily adventures.

The hotel had a great central location, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants and attractions. However, my room faced a busy plaza, which made it quite noisy at night. While the staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable, the breakfast options were limited and could use improvement.

The homemade soups from nearby Shalimar were a knock-out! Plus, the cozy bar and lounge at the hotel were perfect for unwinding after a day of foodie adventures.

Check-in was just ok. the front desk women had snippy attitudes, and finding parking was a hassle. Our room on the 7th floor faced the sun and got boiling. There weren't enough hooks for wet towels.

I fell in love with the cozy atmosphere and the stunning views from my Superior Double or Twin Room! Every morning, I was greeted by a divine breakfast buffet, complete with fresh-baked flapjacks and even caviar – what a treat! The staff went above and beyond, even arranging a special birthday surprise for my friend, making our stay unforgettable.
